I help my clients in their journey to finding their unique personal power and diminishing the negative impact of self sabotaging patterns of behaviour.

Finding my Personal Power

Having burnt out twice in my life, I know the power of self sabotage driving negative patterns of behaviours driven by thoughts like, “I’m not good enough”, "I’m not deserving”, "I’m not worthy", "I need to give to receive”, all of these were leading to emotional turmoil, poor communication, being misunderstood, unhappy and toxic relationships. I was not in control of my emotions, my saboteurs were in control with self sabotaging behaviour.

Since becoming aware and understanding these behaviours, and building mental fitness, I have been able to connect with my unique personal power, and my creativity. My mission now is to help others with my coaching process along with the messages of hope and positivity in my mindful poetic stories, to touch people's hearts and help them make sustainable change in their lives for the better so they can be the best version, they want and choose to be, for themselves, building self value, self love and worth, from the inside out.

Positive Autonomy Coaching is all about helping clients become aware of what is hindering their progress in life, clearing the feeling of "stuckness" to taking ownership of their own life and their emotions in a positive way. Building your Mental Fitness and Positive Intelligence helps with:
