What is Mental Fitness
Mental fitness is building brain power to help your capacity to respond to life’s challenges with a positive rather than negative mindset.
It is practicing mind body connection with mindfulness, self awareness and understanding using PQ reps which are used to command your mind to become completely, exquisitely present with something, it brings you back to your body where you can find your calm, ease and flow and your personal power.
Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom.
It is in this space where the power of mental fitness lies.
